This is the Sunniside Business Forum

The Sunniside Business Forum provides an opportunity for the local economy to network and access support and updates from a range of external organisations including Sunniside Partnership and Sunderland arc, City Centre Management, Business Link, the police, the Sunderland Echo and Back on the Map.

Meetings are held every six weeks and give members the chance to find out about business planning advice, access to grants and updates on regeneration activity in the area. It also encourages businesses to talk to each other and identify joint marketing and promotional opportunities.

At present, over 40 businesses are represented at the meetings.

The next Sunniside Business Forum has been scheduled on Wednesday 31st March 2010 at 3pm and will be held at thePlace, Athenaeum Street, Sunniside. 

This forum will include a presentation from Gary Hutchinson, Event Manager from Sunderland Football Club about forthcoming concerts at the Stadium of Light and how businesses can get involved and an introduction from the Mussell's Club, a networking group in Sunderland.
